At Bingo Pet Supplies, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔️ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
Clearance or final sale items
2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact our customer service team at support@bingopetbc.com with subject [your email/contact info] within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3️⃣ Our team will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
4️⃣ Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
